Step 1 (week 1): brief and scripting
1-2h workshop with you. Precise goal (conversion? awareness? recruitment?), one key message, audience, visual references. We walk out with a written script you approve before any shoot.
Step 2 (week 2): pre-production
Location scouting, casting if needed, frame-by-frame storyboard for spots, shoot schedule, equipment prep. More prep = less wasted time on shoot day — and less cost.
Step 3 (shoot day): shooting
1 to 3 days depending on scope. Pro cameras (Sony FX3, Canon R5), sound with boom and lavaliers (not "the phone's built-in"), lighting if needed. 2-5 person crew on set. You (or your team) see what we shoot and approve live.
Step 4 (week 3-4): post-production
Editing, color grading, sound design, voice-over if planned, subtitles, graphic overlay (logo, banners), multi-format delivery (16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Reels, 1:1 for Instagram feed). 2 review rounds included.
