• The content of your messages sent through the contact form

WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram (Meta platforms)

Technopek uses Meta's business tools (WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Instagram) to receive and reply to your messages and comments. This policy covers our website technopek.com and our management application app.technopek.com, both operated by Technopek Group SARL.

• Data we receive : your name or username, your phone number or account ID, and the content of your messages and comments.
• How we use it : to reply to your requests and follow up on your customer file. Nothing else.
• Retention : these conversations are stored in our internal management tool, with the retention periods listed above.
• We never sell this data and never share it with any third party other than the processors listed in this policy.

Deleting your data

To request deletion of your data, including your WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram conversations, send an email to contact@technopek.com stating the phone number or account ID concerned. We delete the data and confirm it to you within 30 days.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one shown on this page, along with its last modification date.
